PERFORMANCE AUDITS

Sustainable development of the built environment requires that buildings perform as anticipated

Experience has shown us that buildings that lack indoor environmental comfort, are badly operated, or poorly maintained, will use far more resources than they were designed. They will also have increased operations and maintenance costs for occupants

Buildings which have obtained environmental clearance and green building certifications are required to submit periodical (six monthly/yearly) performance reports to continue their permissions and ratings

By comparing the environmental design analysis with on site performance we can:

  • Determine if building performs as anticipated

  • Chalk out measures to bridge the performance gaps

  • Reduce the consumption of energy and resources by implementing measures

  • Reduce annual operation and maintenance costs
